As a seasoned UI/UX designer, I've tackled diverse challenges that showcase my versatility, speed, and intuition.
Broadband Service Registration and Staff Application
In this project, I developed a dual-purpose solution: a customer-facing registration flow for broadband services and a staff application for installation management.
Research and Insights
I began by investigating device preferences among field service professionals. iPhones dominated the market, informing my decision to optimize for iOS. Understanding the weekly operational cycle of the supply chain, I prioritized the schedule page as the hub of the staff application.
Key Features
The technician application's schedule page serves as a central command centre:
Design Elements
Drawing inspiration from football team jerseys, I crafted a fresh colour palette balancing saturated blue with subtle yellow accents. The Satoshi typeface, chosen for its bold personality, adds character to the interface. A fluid animation on the main page reinforces the app's modern feel.

User Experience Enhancements
To streamline the account setup process, I implemented:
AI-Enhanced Quiz Application for Gen-Z Students
This project explored the integration of AI tools in the design process for a quiz application targeting Gen-Z students.
AI-Assisted UX Flow
Leveraging Figjam's AI tools, I rapidly generated a UX flow that required minimal adjustments. This approach dramatically accelerated the initial ideation phase.

Design Conceptualization
AI image generation tools facilitated brainstorming for UI elements and colour palettes. This exploration led to the concept of a chameleon mascot, symbolizing adaptability across subjects.

Mascot Development
Collaborating with Microsoft's Copilot, I refined the mascot idea. The chameleon's ability to change colours aligned perfectly with the app's need to visually adapt to different subjects (e.g., beige for history, teal for math).
Prototyping and Animation
Progressing from low to high-fidelity mockups, I focused on animating transitions and exploring motion design to provide feedback on correct and incorrect answers.
Vendor Verification Platform
This project aimed to create a trustworthy marketplace for service providers and customers, centering on a verification system for vendors.
User Flow Design
I developed a high-level flow chart for the registration process, accommodating both business owners and customers. The system intelligently resumes incomplete registrations, enhancing user experience.

Throughout these projects, I've strategically employed mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. This approach allows me to capture and communicate essential information and functionality without becoming overly committed to specific visual designs prematurely. By maintaining this level of fidelity, I create a flexible foundation for stakeholder reviews and iterations. It enables me to present multiple alternative solutions, fostering collaborative decision-making and preventing attachment to a single, untested concept. This method is particularly valuable in the early stages of design, where adaptability and openness to feedback are crucial. As the project progresses and core functionalities are validated, I then transition to higher fidelity designs to refine the visual experience and interaction details.
Verification Badge Concept
The core feature is a verification badge, making it prominent to help customers to make informed decisions.. While the initial brief included only a simplified use case I hypothesized to have an expandable graphic. to showcase multiple certifications you could use an hexagonal shape. This design allows vendors to display their certification in different fields and assembled each visual in a modular way .

Visual Design
The UI embraces a shade of green to reinforce the positive connotation of verification. Curvy, rounded shapes and the "Outfit" typeface contribute to a clean, modern aesthetic. Ample white space ensures clarity and focus.
Versatility on every platform
I created both mobile app and web versions, employing a split layout for the web registration page. The right panel, featuring an AI-generated abstract background, offers space for customization and relevant messaging.
Conclusion
These projects demonstrate my ability to rapidly conceptualize, design, and prototype complex UX solutions across various domains. By leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and applying sound design principles, I consistently deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.
While these projects are conceptual challenges without real-world implementation data, they showcase my process, creativity, and technical skills. In a professional setting, I would typically follow up with user testing, iterate based on feedback, and measure success through metrics like user engagement, task completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
